Prologis and Sunrock have teamed up to install a solar roof on HEMA’s distribution centre. Prologis is a leading provider of industrial real estate in the Benelux region, and is working to make its own buildings more sustainable. The distribution centre of the retailer HEMA in Nieuwegein is a good example. Sunrock has fitted the roof with solar panels, providing the distribution centre itself, as well as 600 households with renewable energy. That’s how HEMA and Prologis, in partnership with Sunrock, are contributing to the energy transition in The Netherlands.
